My mission is to help people find their inner harmony - through awareness, responsibility and empathetic connections. Since 2015, I have been involved in the development and training of adults in the form of group trainings and individual consultations, both in a corporate environment and in individual practice. Within the framework of the Green Connect Program, I give lectures, trainings, workshops on topics such as stress and burnout prevention, maintaining mental health, motivation, charismatic communication, presentation techniques, and I also help with individual consultations in case of possible blockages. I believe that the change of an individual affects his social network, both in the immediate workplace environment and in the wider social communities. Our responsibility thus indirectly extends to the future: to sustainability, to nature, to the world we leave to the next generations.

With over fifteen years of experience in digital media agency and IT system development, I work to ensure that GreenConnect’s IT systems are modern, sustainable and future-proof.

We believe that our world can function in harmony with nature’s resources. Fortunately, in this case, supporting nature is not only a charitable goal, but also a workable system.

With our 12-person IT team, we ֍ help progress: including with the GWC credit system – from the creation of credits to their placement in a monitored project. In addition, we are preparing new digitalization solutions that will form further bridges between nature and the current economic forces.

Throughout my life, I have worked for state, non-profit and multinational organizations — I have learned a lot in each of them, yet I have always been looking for the same thing: the person and the soul behind the system, who is not only a sufferer, but also an active participant and shaper of their environment. Today – as a family planning leader and a psychologist in training – I work to help the person and the soul find each other again. Because I believe that a person can truly do something for others and their environment who is at peace with their past, in unity with themselves, and believes in the future. I am grateful that in the Green Connect program I can work with people who believe that the true connection between man and nature can become an experience and a community resource, and together we can create a greener, more beautiful, more livable future.

I work as an architect and an environmentally conscious construction engineer. My approach has always been characterized by closeness to nature and environmental awareness, which was later supplemented by the importance of self-knowledge and community life. I believe that tools and experiences from different areas of life can be transferred and applied to other areas, all it takes is a solid set of values ​​and creativity. I believe that we are part of a coherent system, where even our small healing efforts have an impact. In the Green Connect system, these versatile efforts and the regenerative approach caught my attention the most. In my professional field, I try to work with natural building materials as much as possible and choose the most sustainable solutions possible, but in all cases I prioritize supporting human health and well-being. I have extensive experience in the design and project management of residential, public and industrial buildings. I would like to support the work of Green Connect in this field.

For me, nature is the basic unit of our life. We come from there, we return to there. Working in nature as a tour guide, coach and movement developer, I have experienced its transformative, healing power. By fulfilling the mission of Green Connect, we create a new world where people, connected to their true responsibility, help the regeneration of nature and experience the wonders of reviving forests. I believe and confess that returning to nature is the only real alternative for the betterment of the planet and ourselves.

My creed is centered on people and taking responsibility for our development and well-being. I believe that the basis of harmonious coexistence with nature is human awareness and finding inner balance. As a competence development specialist, I have been supporting organizations and individuals for 15 years in moving closer to their own conscious operation and balance.

My goal is to experience through Green Connect development programs: we are part of a larger system with which we mutually influence each other. The experience of co-development at work is an opportunity to recognize that we are responsible for ourselves and all our systems - from our immediate team to the organization to the natural environment. The spirit of Green Connect symbolizes responsibility for me: for ourselves, as a part of nature, who can actively influence all elements of the system.

I am Szilvia Kovács, a photographer and visual artist. In my work, clean aesthetics, the subtle rhythm of nature and the inner world of man meet. Nature is for me an inspiration, a source of peace and a creative compass: it helps me see beauty and connection in simplicity.

I distanced myself from nature for a long time. It came at a price. In addition, I was constantly tormented by the feeling that I should do something for the Earth. I had no tools other than selective garbage collection. Until now!

I help people like me find their way back to nature. Those who are swept away by life, those who, with their daily work, problems, tasks, and rush, no longer know how much the sight of a green forest or a small sapling can give. Those who are average people. Finally, I found a team that made me realize that humans are not only exploiters, but can also be useful. Instead of panic, they encourage us to take action and offer solutions. Finally, we are doing something, not just talking and reading about it. Come with us! There is no other way if we want to enjoy the fresh air, the soft grass, the scent of flowers for a long time. I mainly help the team with organization, communication, contact, and creativity.

As a Waldorf teacher, I help children develop through experiences and the arts. As a curator of the ACERS Foundation, I am involved in social and community engagement.

I want to contribute to creating systems that make the idea of a sustainable future truly realistic. I believe that through the Green Connect program I can help bring together the people and organizations that are capable of creating real change. With my experience in organization and development, I aim to support processes where cooperation and sustainability can turn into tangible results.
